Catholic Charities West Michigan
Since 1947, Catholic Charities West Michigan has offered innovative and collaborative programs through its 285 employees that wrap a social safety net around the people most in need in our community. Well-known for its God's Kitchen food and pantry program, the agency works to feed many other hungers that we all share: the hunger for love, peace, safety, unity and companionship. The adoption program provides a loving home to those in need of a fresh start. The foster care program gives at-risk children safety in their lives. Family preservation programs work to keep struggling families unified. Counseling by highly skilled therapists, expert in the areas of mental health and substance abuse, help clients find peace in their lives. The Senior Companion program matches older volunteers with their peers who are lonely.
